About Us
Rio Bravo Community Association is the master community association
in the Rio Bravo Country Club Gated Community located at the foothills
of the Sierra Madre mountain range in northeast Bakersfield, California.
The Rio Bravo Country Club Gated Community is a private community open
only to residents, Rio Bravo Country Club, and authorized visitors.
The Rio Bravo Country Club Gated Community consists of many subsidiary
homeowner associations that are subject to and part of the Rio Bravo
Community Association along with non-annexed, independent homeowners
associations. These independent homeowners associations contribute
in funding with the Rio Bravo Community Association to its operations
and make up the Rio Bravo Country Club Gated Community.
Living at the Rio Bravo Country Club Gated Community is a distinct pleasure because of its private surroundings, serene natural aesthetics next to Rio Bravo Country Club's 18-hole championship golf course set in the natural terrain of the Tehachapi foothills to the Sierra Madre mountain range where one can feel like they are a million miles of way from the congestion of the city.
It is the Board of Directors role to manage Rio Bravo Community Association and their goal to continually contribute to the improvement of the Rio Bravo Country Club Gated Community with all the associations. One key part of this obligation is to manage the 24-hour manned security station at the front entry, a quintessential part of the uniqueness of the Rio Bravo Country Club Gated Community, that gives all owners a peace of mind not found in many communities. Subsidiary and independent associations contribute by ensuring their communities adhere to the standards derived from their respective governing documents, which all together, the Rio Bravo Country Club Gated Community operates and forms a highly prized community to live, raise a family, and retire in Bakersfield, California.
